Return Process

  Pack Your Device

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, including all cables, mounts, and manuals to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the contents and condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
